121-Night Comfort Guarantee

Finding the right mattress takes time. That’s why we offer a generous 121-night sleep trial—with select brands offering extended 365-night trials (noted on product pages).

Here’s how it works:

• 30-Night Adjustment Period: We require that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights. This allows your body to adjust and the materials to settle properly.
• One-Time Comfort Exchange: After the adjustment period, if you’re not satisfied, you’re eligible for a one-time exchange within 121 days of delivery.
• 100% Credit Toward Exchange: You’ll receive full credit toward the current ticketed price of your replacement mattress. The new mattress must be of equal or greater value. If the replacement costs more, you simply pay the difference.
• Shipping Fee Applies: A standard $99.99 delivery fee applies to all exchanges.

Return Option

We understand that sometimes a mattress just isn’t the right fit—even after giving it time. That’s why we offer a return option after the 30-night adjustment period.

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied (capped at $400)
• A $99.99 pickup fee will also apply
• Returns must be initiated within 121 days of delivery
• Returns are only accepted if the mattress is in clean, sanitary condition with original law tags attached

1-Year Price Guarantee

Shop confidently knowing that if you find the same mattress for less within one year of your purchase, we’ll match the price and refund 50% of the difference.

Eligibility requirements:

• Must be the identical brand, model, and size
• Must be offered by a local competitor in our service area
• Must be publicly advertised and available under the same conditions

Eligibility Requirements for Exchanges or Returns

To qualify for an exchange or return:

• The mattress must be in sanitary condition (no stains, tears, burns, or biohazards)
  
• Original law tags must be intact
• Adjustable bases, pillows, protectors, and accessories are final sale.
